I almost never do fanart or derivatives of popular works, but this opportunity, stupid as it was, presented itself in my head, and I couldn’t not take advantage of it. Only those familiar with both the Wicked movie and the Los Angeles transit system might understand this drawing and/or find it even remotely funny, so I guess I’ll try to provide some context…

I felt compelled to draw this upon realizing that two LA light rail lines, K and C, share colors with the Wicked movie’s two leads, Glinda and Elphaba respectively.

In June, the K and C lines were finally properly connected with the opening of LAX/Metro Transit Center, which is the big building in the background that takes the place of the Emerald City.

This is, quite possibly, my dumbest cartoon of all time. I only wish I thought of it sooner.
